Jacques Mohcine Bahi received a Master of Science in applied mathematics from the University of Franche-Comte (France). He received his Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the same university in 1991. Until september 1999, he was a associate professor of applied mathematics at the Mathematical Laboratory of Besançon. Since then, he became a full professor of computer science at the University of Franche-Comte. He is a IEEE senior member and currently the Vice-President of the Scientific Council of the University of Franche-Comte.
